The vibrant world of Katong-Joo Chiat's iconic Peranakan shophouses came alive with Colourful Shophouses, a drop-in workshop that celebrated Singapore's rich heritage.

Participants had the unique opportunity to design and create their own original shophouse using provided craft materials, sparking boundless creativity. Assembling the pieces brought their colorful creations to life, offering a delightful exploration and appreciation of one of Singapore's cultural icons.

Held at i12 Katong, Level 1 Atrium, on 2 November 2024 (3:00 PM to 6:00 PM) and 9 November 2024 (11:00 AM to 2:00 PM), the event was a hands-on experience suitable for all ages.
